Cat/Cow Pose Video

This exercise is a good one for strengthening the lower back, and the abdominal muscles during pregnancy.  It is also great to help the baby move into the optimal fetal position, (which is head down, back of body forward and more towards Mom’s left side–in case you were interested) as is any pose done on all fours.

This video is another in a series that I started last year on prenatal yoga exercises.  Try this to warm up the whole spine, and loosen up your back.
