“I met Beth for the first time when she was taking over our Prenatal Class at Yoga works. Until that day I thought prenatal yoga is not real Yoga, but Beth proved me wrong. Her class was challenging, relaxing as well as a perfect preparation for giving birth. Beth taught us to listen to our body and get a sense of what is good for ourselves and for the baby. I’m sure that thanks to her Prenatal Yoga class my birth went much smoother as we learned a lot about breathing techniques and how to deal with the pain.
As I wanted to continue with Yoga right after giving birth, I was really happy that Beth started a Postnatal Mommy & Me Yoga class. This class was helping me to get used to a complete new body feeling. In this class we were training our bodies to get used to the new challenges our bodies had to deal with and in addition Beth offered us a platform to exchange the thoughts and fears every mum has in this new role.
Beth is not only an excellent Yoga teacher but also a passionate woman who was accompanying us through an exciting time with her experience and her warmness. I highly recommend her class to every mom-to-be.”

“Beth Kruger is a fantastic prenatal yoga instructor. I practiced prenatal yoga with Beth when I was pregnant with my little boy. She is extremely knowledgeable in prenatal yoga and childbirth education and helped to make my birth experience better for having taken her yoga classes while I was pregnant. I would highly recommend Beth’s classes!”

“Beth is great. She was my prenatal teacher as well as Mommy & Me teacher after my daughter was born. She tailored the class for our needs in preparation for labor and if she was asked a question she didn’t know the answer to, she would research it and get back to us. She was a great Mom & baby teacher as well, incorporating the babies into our practice and holding them if we needed a break! She has children herself, so I always felt she was speaking from experience.”

“I met Beth at an open prenatal yoga class, and after I was unable to continue I have been working with her privately. I had some body issues that made it hard for me to work in a class, and her private instruction has been exactly what I needed. Beth has a great knowledge base about pregnancy, labor and the female body, and her support has been excellent. Even when I have a crap day, her restorative yoga has provided me with the movement, relaxation and calmness my body has needed. I would highly recommend her for both private instruction and in prenatal yoga classes, her care and direction has been a must have throughout my pregnancy.”

“I started taking Beth’s prenatal yoga classes very early in my pregnancy and kept on until 2 days before going into labor. No matter how busy or tired I was I always made it a point to go to her class because it was so rewarding. Beth always tried to customize the class according to everyone’s needs (and there were many…) and she always gave special attention to those who needed it. Her experience and understanding of the female body and the pregnant woman’s needs were evident and I certainly learned a lot from Beth and would highly recommend her as an instructor. With Beth’s help, I stayed in great shape throughout my pregnancy and it really paid off during labor as well.”
