Safely and effectively rebuild your body after the strain of pregnancy.

We will strengthen and tone:
~Abdominal muscles (working to repair the diastasis of the recti muscles)
~Pelvic floor
~Back
~Arms

We will stretch and release:
~Shoulders, neck and chest
~Hips
~Back

Connect with other mothers and set up a playdate!

BRING YOUR BABY- much of the work we do can include baby!
We will sing songs to keep them happy while you work out.

Pricing: $20 per class, or $75 for 4 class series.
Class will be held as an ongoing 4 week class Series, there will be a minimum number of students reqiured to hold the class.

Postnatal

Safe Exercise Guidelines:
Wait until you have stopped bleeding, and your doctor or midwife has given you the OK to exercise. This will be approx, 4-6 weeks after birth.
Women who’ve had a cesarean should wait a minimum of 6 weeks.
Bring water to class to hydrate throughout our work.
Bring a small blanket for baby to lie on in front of your mat.
